We are planning to hold the event in the same location as the inaugural event in beautiful Branchburg, NJ.

The planned sporting events differ slightly from our previous events, with a new focus on a more olympic-style championship. The bulk of events will be individual events and medal counts will benefit teams in the quest for the team trophy.

Registration fee will likely be $25 again. This year it will include:

• Customized (name and number) t-shirt in team color with WOSOMP 2010 logos
• Admittance to as many of the WOSOMP sports as you like
• All of the hydration you’ll need for the day of strenuous activity (this includes both water and beer)
• Food for strength (this will be pizza, sandwiches, etc.)
• Medals for every event in which you place
• A potential share of the overall best team trophy for your troubles
• More for sure!

The sports being considered for this year’s competition include:

• Wiffle Home Run Derby on a specialized field
• Disc Golf on a custom course
• Boomshakalaka Ball (it’s like baseball + cricket with a tiny soccer ball, easily our most-liked event from previous events)
• Tramp Soccer (soccer with the goalie on a trampoline; must be seen to be believed)
• Best Bocce (a play-where-you-can tournament take on the original game)
• Outdoor Slapball or Outdoor Megaball (the names should be enough to entice you)
• And more!
